For the best results from the WIN Protocol, we recommend sticking to it for 60 straight days, followed by a post cycle period of 14-30 days depending on the person
The simplified instructions for the WIN are as follows:
First thing in the morning on an empty stomach:

We recommend that n with a serving of Embla Arginine, either Cardio Care or Cardio Pro, be taken with your OGF and AID first thing in the morning. While it’s required to take Arginine as part of the WIN protocol, we find that many people feel better when they include it as part of their routine.
Prepare your WIN mix for the day. This should be enough for 3-4 shakes throughout the day.
2 tbsp. of the Vegan Protein of your selection.
1 tbsp. of GPS
1 scoop (or 2 heaping tbsp.) of Essentials Seven
(If you’ve selected Ricatein and Monk Fruit instead of Essentials Seven then take 2 tbsp. or Ricatein and 1 tbsp. of Monk Fruit)
During the 60 days that you’re on the WIN protocol, this will be everything you consume. After the 60 days, you should have consumed all of it and should be ready to begin your post cycle kit. You should start the kit by drinking 3 shakes and eating 1 healthy meal a day, and progressing to just 1 shake and 3 meals a day. This change should happen slowly over 2-3 weeks, and following this will help you adjust to a new healthier lifestyle.
